The Rossmoor Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization which has served the unincorporated community of Rossmoor for over 50 years. The RHA is a wholly volunteer organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the special quality of life in our community. We have provided a lot of information on this website about our community, the RHA and our activities.
